HELP WANTED - PART-TIME BOROUGH MANAGER
The Borough of Windber, Pennsylvania, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Borough Manager.
This professional administrative position is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of borough operations, including supervision of staff, implementation of council policies, budget assistance, grant administration, public relations, and oversight of municipal services, infrastructure, and projects.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
o Sewer systems
o Stormwater management
o Road maintenance and repair
o Public works operations
o Codes Enforcement
Prior municipal management experience and/or a degree in public administration, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
