If so, Baco Properties invites you to join us as a Real Estate Acquisition & Development Intern for Fall 2026–Spring 2027 at our San Francisco headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full real estate development lifecycle while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Located in the heart of SoMa, our office is conveniently situated near Muni and Caltrain, and we provide complimentary garage parking for employees.

What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Acquisition & Development Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting real estate acquisitions and development projects by:

• Conducting market research on potential acquisition opportunities, including demographics, business activity, transportation access, and zoning regulations
• Assisting with financial forecasting, feasibility studies, and investment analysis
• Analyzing and projecting income statements, cash flow models, and balance sheets
• Supporting project management efforts for active development projects
• Coordinating documentation, research, communications, and information gathering related to acquisitions and development activities
• Working closely with experienced professionals across multiple areas of commercial real estate

What We're Looking For

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Interest in learning financial modeling, real estate development, and construction processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in our San Francisco office
