Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-paced custom automation and machine building firm. This role owns projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating engineering, build, and customer communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
You will manage automation projects incorporating robots, machine vision, and motion control systems to solve complex manufacturing challenges across multiple industries. We value transparency, quality, and speed in how projects are executed, and the Project Manager plays a central role in driving those outcomes.
In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role requires hands-on engagement—supporting application development, coordinating shop activities, and assisting through machine build, FAT, and installation as needed. This is a high-visibility position for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to customer acceptance.

Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship Required (we work on Government Projects - Green Card will not be acceptable)
- 5 years of work experience in custom automation (Mechanical Design or Controls Programmer)
- Customer run-off and issue troubleshooting experience required
- Live near Westerville, Ohio area
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years of Project Management experience in custom automation
