Position Summary:
Product Owner – Digital Banking Platforms & Wealth and Financial Planning Journey Miami, FL | New York, NY
Support the strategy and drive the day-to-day execution of the Wealth & Financial Planning Journey and the support of SafraLink – the client-facing iBanking solution – and SafraNet – the internal account officer portal. This is a Product Management role that bridges business needs and technology delivery, translating strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management, Execution & Roadmap Support
- Generate and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tasks
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for SafraLink and SafraNet in alignment with business goals
- Partner with Technology teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of platform enhancements
- Track milestones, flag blockers, and escalate risks proactively
Innovation & User Experience
- Gather feedback from clients and account officers to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Support benchmarking and UX research initiatives to keep platforms competitive
- Champion onboarding, self-service, and mobile optimization enhancements
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the Front-office, Technology, Operations, Finance and Compliance
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and stakeholder update meetings
- Document decisions, action items, and business requirements clearly and consistently
Data & Performance
- Define and track KPIs including platform adoption, uptime, and customer satisfaction
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to inform prioritization decisions and present findings to leadership
Governance & Risk
- Ensure all platform changes follow change control and compliance review processes
- Coordinate with risk and audit stakeholders on platform-related documentation and testing
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital project coordination
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills
- Background in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred
- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and operations & technology teams
- Analytically minded — able to work with data to tell a story and support decisions
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus
