This is a full-time, in-person, entry-level job at our headquarters in Muncy, PA. This is not a remote or hybrid position, and we are not relocating candidates for this role. Candidate's preferred start date is early June 2026.

Previous E-Commerce experience is not required, though it's a plus. Recent graduates and professionals from unrelated fields are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties

· Build Amazon pages individually, in bulk via populating and uploading templates, and with software

- Refine online product listings to make them more appealing and searchable

· Maintain knowledge of e-commerce seller policies

· Respond to and prevent policy violations

· Create FBA shipments using standard Send To Amazon workflow

· Troubleshoot various Amazon issues via support cases and Issue Assistance

· Resolve suppressed Amazon page issues

· Produce Excel reports

· Other related tasks as assigned

You are not required to have previous knowledge of any of these processes. You will be given very thorough training.

Required Qualifications

· Professional or educational experience working with large data sets in Excel. Intermediate mathematical and analytical Excel skills.

· Exceptional writing ability, candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.

· Exceptional eye for written detail, and the ability to spot and correct errors

Preferred Qualifications - Not required, but tell us if these are applicable to you

· E-Commerce selling experience preferred, experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay and/or Walmart.com a plus.

· Experience with generative AI/LLMs to solve practical problems and improve processes

· Experience creating Amazon pages in bulk via templates, or via software like Feedonomics or Salsify that can create detail pages via feeds

· NetSuite experience

· Photoshop graphic design, ability to create infographics for web use to describe and sell products

· Familiarity with firearms, sport optics, archery, hunting, camping, fishing, and outdoor apparel merchandising
