Duties

• Monitor and review user reviews, comments, and social media posts across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards
• Engage actively with users by responding to reviews and comments in a professional, positive manner that promotes trust and loyalty
• Use social listening tools to track brand mentions, sentiment analysis, and emerging trends relevant to our industry
• Collaborate with the content creation team to flag inappropriate or harmful content for further action
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, escalations, and user interactions for reporting purposes
• Assist in developing guidelines for review moderation processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support the implementation of social media marketing campaigns by providing insights from community interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or public relations is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (such as Google Analytics), and keyword research techniques
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for basic graphic design tasks
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms for monitoring online conversations
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, branding, e-commerce, and video editing
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with brand voice
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
