Summary/Objective:
The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) is a strategic delivery leader responsible for driving large, complex programs or multiple concurrent cross-functional high-impact technology projects at the enterprise level. This role operates at the program/portfolio level and is expected to influence enterprise strategy. The Sr. PM is accountable for ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with enterprise strategy, influencing prioritization, funding, and execution decisions across the portfolio.
Essential Functions:
· Partner with senior business and leadership to define strategic roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
· Provides end-to-end accountability for program delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, systems, and teams
· Ensure effective Agile and hybrid delivery practices are established and followed across teams; provide oversight and remove systemic blockers.
· Establish and enforce project governance, standards, best practices, and delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
· Drive value realization by defining success metrics, tracking benefits post-implementation, and adjusting programs to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
· Drive portfolio visibility through executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and risk transparency.
· Lead stage gates, steering committees, and executive readouts.
· Serve as an escalation point for program risks and issues, driving resolution across organizational boundaries.
· Deliver training, change enablement, and responsive customer support for implemented solutions; ensure a seamless transition to functional owners and support teams.
· Mentor and coach project managers and delivery teams.
· Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
· Stay current with industry trends by researching and adopting project delivery tools, software, and technologies that support innovation and continuous improvement.
· Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, with demonstrated leadership of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
· Experience with portfolio management, PMO leadership, or governance frameworks
· Experience mentoring or managing project managers
· Proven experience managing large-scale programs, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
· Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery models, and enterprise systems implementations.
Desirable Qualifications:
· Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
· Strong technical depth in integrations, data, and enterprise platforms
· Experience leading ERP, MES, or enterprise transformation programs.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
