About the Role
You'll be the first voice homeowners hear. Your job is to spark genuine interest, handle objections professionally, and book qualified in-home consultations for our project consultants. This is a fully remote position we are looking for calls to be made from 11-7 pm Eastern Standard Time.
What You'll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads
- Deliver a scripted opening and adapt fluidly based on the conversation
- Handle objections confidently without becoming confrontational
- Set and confirm qualified appointments; reduce cancellations and no-shows by setting all decision makers
- Log all activity accurately in our Go High Level CRM system.
- Engage in local Facebook groups and neighborhood platforms (Nextdoor, etc.) to generate organic leads and build brand presence.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
- Comfortable making minimum 60 - 80+ dials per day in a structured environment
- Clear, confident, and personable on the phone
- Coachable - you welcome feedback and act on it
- Resilient - rejection doesn't derail you, it sharpens you
- Reliable home office setup: computer, headset, high-speed internet
- Someone who can handle objections with rebuttals
- Home improvement or construction background is a plus, not required
