Nestea Recruiting is recruiting for a well-known aesthetic spa in Delray Beach, Florida. Looking for a licensed Registered Nurse for its outpatient aesthetic and wellness care team.

This is an on-site clinic role focused on scheduled patient visits, documentation, safety screening, treatment-room preparation, and provider-directed clinical support. The hiring clinic offers aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness services in a professional medspa setting.

Purpose of the Position

The Clinical Nurse helps support a safe, organized, and professional patient experience during scheduled medspa visits.

This position includes reviewing patient information, helping prepare patients and treatment areas, maintaining accurate records, observing patients during assigned services, and communicating concerns to the supervising provider when needed.

All responsibilities are performed according to clinic procedures, provider direction, applicable Florida nursing regulations, and RN scope-of-practice requirements.

How the Nurse Supports Patient VisitsBefore Appointments

• Review intake forms, health history, and screening details
• Help identify missing information or concerns that may require provider review
• Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Support an organized patient check-in and pre-service process

During Scheduled Services

• Assist the clinic team with appointment-based aesthetic and wellness visits
• Observe patients during assigned services
• Communicate unusual symptoms, contraindications, or patient concerns to the supervising provider
• Maintain patient privacy, safety, and professionalism throughout the visit

After Services

• Complete charting, consent documentation, service notes, and related records
• Provide approved post-service instructions
• Help reset rooms and supplies according to clinic procedures
• Follow documentation, sanitation, and safety standards

Trainings

The hiring clinic provides paid training before the selected nurse performs assigned responsibilities independently.

Training may include clinic workflow, patient safety procedures, documentation standards, aesthetic service protocols, sanitation practices, privacy expectations, and provider-directed care processes.

Previous medspa, cosmetic, dermatology, or aesthetic nursing experience is helpful but not required for qualified candidates who are willing to complete training.

Required training hours are paid.

Must Have

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to work on-site in Delray Beach, Florida
• Comfort working directly with patients in an outpatient clinic environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Careful attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and provider direction
• Willingness to complete required paid training before independently performing assigned duties

Registered Nurses who are newly licensed or developing their clinical experience are welcome to apply.

Weekly Schedule

This role is scheduled for four workdays per week.

The schedule includes Sunday plus three weekday shifts. Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours.

Clinic operating hours are:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

Occasional time before opening or after closing may be needed for clinical preparation, documentation, or administrative tasks. Final schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation Details

The pay range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour.

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Required training hours are paid. Additional compensation details, if applicable, will be reviewed during the hiring process.
