JHensley Consulting is seeking an experienced Agiloft Implementer (Independent Contractor) to support client implementations, solution design, and ongoing professional services delivery. This is a flexible, project-based role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on configuration work, direct client engagement, and solving complex business process challenges.

While we are seeking someone with experience in Agiloft, we will consider junior implementers for this position. Less experienced implementers will have lower responsibilities (limited or no client contact, limited design/solution engineering) and lower compensation. Items with a * are for experienced implementers only.

About the Role As an Agiloft implementer, you will design, configure, and implement contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable system configurations while ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and configuration of Agiloft implementations tailored to client needs
• *Facilitate client meetings to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
• *Work with a project manager to translate requirements into system design, workflows, and configuration within Agiloft
• Provide client training and documentation to support successful adoption
• Troubleshoot issues, manage client questions, and resolve challenges during implementation
• *Collaborate with JHensley Consulting leadership on project strategy and delivery approach
• Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and implementation standards
• Stay current on Agiloft features, best practices, and emerging capabilities (including AI-driven functionality)

Qualifications

• *2 years of experience in CLM, LegalTech, or SaaS solution implementation (Agiloft experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional system designs
• Strong understanding of workflow-based systems, relational data structures, and SaaS platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client discussions and present solutions clearly (*leading meetings for experienced only)
• Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, client-facing consulting role
• Agiloft University certifications demonstrating you have completed the full implementation training
• References who can speak to the work you have performed as a CLM implementer

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with Agiloft platform configuration
• Experience with Workato integrations
• Strong data analysis skills

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor (1099) role
• Hourly or project-based compensation (commensurate with experience)
• Flexible schedule, with availability required for client meetings (U.S. business hours)
