About the Opportunity
As an IT Business Analyst I acting as a Verification Engineer – AI and QA Business Analyst, you will validate GenAI-driven, test-driven design outputs by ensuring AI-generated results align with system requirements and expected outcomes, while identifying and supporting resolution of discrepancies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, refine validation approaches, and strengthen system integrity across AI behavior and underlying system logic.
This role requires experience with validation frameworks, automated testing tools, and AI evaluation platforms, along with strong analytical skills and familiarity with modern development and CI/CD environments.
What You Will Do in This Role
The IT Business Analyst I will support the validation of GenAI-driven solutions by analyzing AI-generated outputs to ensure they align with business requirements, system expectations, and intended outcomes. It also partners with cross-functional teams to refine, test, and improve AI-enabled systems through structured requirements analysis, testing, and continuous process improvement across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
Support human-level validation of GenAI-driven solutions and test-driven design processes.
Analyze and verify AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with business requirements, system expectations, and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, developers, and QA teams to refine and validate AI-enabled solutions.
Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies between AI outputs, requirements, and expected system behaviors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI verification methodologies, testing frameworks, and validation processes.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support system design, enhancements, and integrations.
Partner with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to evaluate system capabilities, performance requirements, and technical constraints.
Support the design, development, modification, and implementation of software solutions that address business needs.
Develop and execute software testing, validation procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure solution quality.
Monitor system performance and functionality to ensure compliance with established requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain Configuration Management (CM) processes, policies, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation.
Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business analysis within a technical environment (Cloud, DevOps, or enterprise systems).
1–2 years of experience working with AI/ML systems, model evaluation, or AI-enabled applications.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., testing, Agile, cloud, or AI/ML-related certifications preferred).
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Labelbox, Amazon SageMaker, MLflow, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, PyTest, Jenkins, GitHub.
Experience supporting human-level validation of GenAI-driven, test-driven design processes, ensuring AI outputs align with system requirements and expected behaviors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and system issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
