Project Engineer

Bionomic Industries is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and energetic Project Engineer to join our Engineering team. This individual will play a key role in project management and engineering activities, supporting the design, procurement, and delivery of air pollution control and scrubber systems.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and driven to succeed, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal engineering team members. A professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential to representing Bionomic Industries positively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and develop technical designs for scrubber systems.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors to specify, source, and procure equipment.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Work closely with customers to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and sustainability objectives throughout all phases of work.
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year institution.
• Preferred degree disciplines:
• Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• Chemical Engineering (BSChE)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with engineering calculations, equipment design, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with industrial process equipment, air pollution control systems, or scrubber technologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Strong customer service orientation and vendor management experience.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
