The LATIS Program Manager ensures the effective operation of CLA internal grant programs and key business functions for the LATIS Strategic Innovation Office (SIO). Specifically, the program manager is responsible for CLA’s Infrastructure for Learning (IFL) technology grant program; overseeing the college Software, Hardware and Equipment budgets; and managing CLA’s Computer Replacement Programs. Additionally they provide hosting support for the CLA Administrative Leaders Program (ALP) and other events hosted by the Strategic Innovation Office. The position reports to LATIS’s Associate Director of Leadership and Organizational Development and works in partnership with the Chief Strategic Innovation Officer (CSIO) and the LATIS Senior Leadership Team.
A successful person in this role is a self-motivated and strategic thinker with ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing work direction and priorities. They are able to collaborate effectively with administrative staff across all CLA departments and with internal partners in LATIS. They have the ability to exercise independent judgment while working effectively with others in a team. A successful member of the team will have a habit of anticipating needs and identifying problems then providing solutions.
This is a hybrid position located in Anderson Hall on the Twin Cities West Bank campus, working on campus at least three days per week (generally Tuesday - Thursday) and other days as needed for in person work activities.
