Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in property operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and team leadership. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of service, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring asset value growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee daily operations of a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring all properties are managed to company standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel.
• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage property budgets, approve expenditures, monitor variances, and ensure rent collection and profitability targets are met.
• Maintenance & Vendor Management: Coordinate regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects. Oversee vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
• Leasing & Occupancy: Work with leasing teams to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates through strategic marketing and tenant retention efforts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and updates for owners, investors, and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) a plus
• Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase net operating income.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
