Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist in daily operations, scheduling, marketing, social media, customer service and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support
-Marketing, social media and content
- Prepare documents and permits
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Organize and manage calendars for team members
- Schedule and dispatch work assignment's
Requirements:
- Marketing and social media proficiency
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Sales experience is a plus
