Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough equity research and financial statement analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Perform risk assessments through detailed risk analysis, cash flow analysis, and industry knowledge of financial regulations.
• Manage portfolio performance by monitoring market trends, forecasting future opportunities, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Engage in loan origination processes, including underwriting, credit analysis, and loan processing to support commercial lending activities.
• Utilize advanced Excel data analysis and financial software tools for quantitative research, modeling, and reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with loan regulations and financial services standards by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Develop detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial statements, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fraud prevention, detection strategies, and technical accounting practices to safeguard assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in portfolio management within financial services or banking sectors.
• Strong background in financial analysis, including financial statement interpretation, financial modeling, and cash flow forecasting.
• Expertise in commercial lending analysis with a focus on risk management and credit evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis, quantitative research methods, and financial software applications.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific financial regulations, compliance standards, and mortgage servicing processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with accounting and finance experience to navigate complex transactions effectively.
• Ability to interpret technical accounting principles and apply them within a dynamic regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and loan origination procedures.

Pay: $123,372.02 - $168,362.00 per year
