ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of impactful solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in business analysis and consulting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create clear and detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.
• Assist in mapping current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating with end users, and tracking defects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project status to stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and project meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them proactively to the project lead.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $63,812.09 - $76,848.97 per year
