Senior PeopleSoft Developer / Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support and enhance a mature PeopleSoft environment while playing a key role in the organization's long-term ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on PeopleSoft development with future-focused integration, migration, and cloud platform projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft applications and enhancements
- Create and maintain technical design documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing user support
- Develop solutions utilizing PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, PS Query, and SQL
- Participate in large-scale projects involving system enhancements and business process improvements
- Support payroll, benefits, and human resources modules within PeopleSoft
- Assist with system migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives
- Participate in data mapping, conversion, validation, and integration activities
- Provide after-hours support when required
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft Development experience
- Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules
- Hands-on experience with:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- SQR
- Application Designer
- PS Query
- Complex SQL development
- Experience designing and implementing new PeopleSoft objects and functionality
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work directly with business users and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Database experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft PUM and Change Assistant
- Exposure to Workday integrations, Workday Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar cloud integration platforms
- Experience supporting ERP migration or modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-based HRIS or ERP platforms
