Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing the process of ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement for achieving program goals to ensure child safety and the delivery of effective, high-quality program services. The optimal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high-quality performance outcomes in alignment with the Head Start Performance Standards, Head Start Act, FA-1/FA-2 protocols, Chicago Early Learning Standards, licensing requirements, and industry best practices. This leader must be passionate about closing the opportunity and achievement gap for our most vulnerable, at-risk children and families across Chicago communities. The candidate must be committed to achieving operational excellence programs ensuring our children meet their developmental milestones and our families measurably improve the quality of their lives.
The chosen candidate must demonstrate prior proficiency in coaching, managing and leading multiple program teams. The candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and management in ensuring compliance within two directly operated centers and 27+ community partner centers. This leader will be the champion of ensuring the agency’s compliance with high-quality program performance in ERSEA, Family Community Engagement & Community Partnership management systems
