Indigena Capital is a private investment firm providing capital, expertise, and operational support to joint ventures with Indigenous Nations across the United States and Canada. We partner directly with Tribal Nations, First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities to create and scale businesses across sectors including agriculture, renewables, energy, real estate, minerals, and infrastructure.

Tribal Nations control over 215 million acres of Reservation or Reserve lands and hold unique sovereignty, treaty, and regulatory rights, but historically have not been able to access capital to unlock the opportunities associated with their lands and rights. Role Overview:

We are seeking an Analyst or Associate (title dependent on experience) to join our Dallas-based investment team. This role offers the rare opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle — from origination and due diligence to portfolio operations and strategic scaling — while helping build businesses that matter. This role will work closely with senior leadership to support investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, reporting processes, and operational needs across current and prospective investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses for new and existing investments
• Support operations of portfolio companies through analytics and data management
• Perform due diligence on investment partners, customers, competitors, and industries
• Develop and maintain data aggregation and reporting tools to empower operational and financial decision-making
• Prepare presentations and materials for Nation partners, internal investment committees, and portfolio company boards
• Maintain internal investment databases and support research efforts including industry studies, competitive analyses, and new market entry evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Engineering with relevant business experience is also acceptable.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear, effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment developing greenfield projects
