We sell water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses online, and we're growing fast. We're on pace to blow past a $40M run rate this year, with web leading the charge at 70%+ YoY in recent quarters.

With so much happening across our marketing programs, content, promotions, and campaigns, there's plenty to keep organized.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing team moving, reporting to the VP of E-Commerce and Marketing. You're the person who makes sure things don't fall through the cracks, chasing assets, following up on QA, prepping meetings, and keeping cadences on track.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate requests across the team (design, Airtable tasks, and other deliverables)
• Follow up on QA, dashboards, and old tasks so nothing stalls
• Keep regular cadences running (comments, promotions, follow-ups)
• Coordinate promotion timing between our Facebook ads vendor and our website so they go live together (managed through Airtable)
• Wrangle assets and materials for marketing and management meetings ahead of time
• Send reminders, track loose ends, and keep the team organized

What We're Looking For

• Highly organized
• experience with Airtable is a plus
• Excellent follow-through and communication
• Comfortable nudging people without being annoying
• Marketing or agency coordination experience preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
