LeadVenture is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of revenue-driving campaigns for a portfolio of brands. You will work closely with Marketing, BDR, Sales, and channel teams to align targeting, messaging, and execution, and serve as the central owner of campaigns across the full customer journey.
You will own how campaigns are planned, sequenced, and executed across channels, making sure prospects and customers have a coordinated experience from first touch through conversion and growth.
This is not a coordination role. You are accountable for driving pipeline outcomes.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
