As a guest relations coordinator, you will be the first person to welcome our guests at KOA airport and our office in Big Island. You will be the first face to welcome our guests and assist them for smooth start for their best travel experience in Hawaii. Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves by providing our Hawaii HIS products and services.

【Essential Duties/業務内容】
- Welcome our guests come to our Kona office and assist in their miscellaneous needs. Reply to their inquiries given in person at the office or receive via phone calls in a timely manner.
- Reply to Japan HIS for Kona travel related inquiries.
- Assist in making reservations for guests’ optional tours, dining-reservations, other miscellaneous events. Make changes if necessary and process the payment according to the reservation made.
- Utilize the internal reservation system, maintain and retrieve the latest data related customer’s travel plans.
- Creates/prints some informational packets for customers.
- Re-stock the tour related ads (fliers), update information on all tours before it’s given to customers.
- Solve ad hoc issues and complains due to flight delays occurred by weather conditions. Assists in interpretation for any emergency cases.
- Meeting and greeting our customers upon their arrivals as well as their departure with a spirit of Aloha. . Assist guests in to their assigned vehicle, or arrange one if necessary.
- Provide hotel and lounge information for guests.
- Assist in supporting group tours upon arrival and departure including check-in and out, attending at the dining premises to make sure everything goes smoothly, assist in translation in case of medical injury or other miscellaneous support during their stay.
- Study for Aloha Travel advance certificate
- Provide support for outbound related products, such as JR pass.
- Sales for local English speaking customers’ optional tours via FareHarber.
- Provide rental equipment services, answer any questions customers may have.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Make sure to report any issues you encounter to your supervisor for guidance.
- Periodical cleaning of the premises
- Prepare the area to be ready to be able to welcome our customers.
- Inventory check for all souvenirs, place new orders accordingly.
- Other duties will be assigned upon company’s request

・HIS日本オフィスからのハワイ島ツアーに関する問い合わせ対応業務
・お客様の依頼によるハワイ島の各種オプショナルツアー、レストラン、イベントなどの予約・変更・精算業務
・社内予約システムを利用した顧客データベースの維持・更新、最新情報収集
・オフィス内のパンフレットや案内資料の補充、最新観光案内の作成や更新
・ホテルやツアーに関する苦情や天候不順による航空機遅延等、緊急時の対応と通訳業務
・弊社と受託会社のお客様の空港での到着時と出発時のアシストと送迎車両への誘導、送迎車両手配、宿泊先への移動案内 等

【 Work Hours/勤務時間 】
- フルタイム :8AM~5PM (実働8時間)
- 土日祝日を含む週5日シフト制(週40時間勤務)
- お客様の到着時間や出発時間、各種イベント等により勤務時間の変更を依頼する場合があります

【 Qualifications/応募資格 】
- Fluent in writing, reading and speaking Japanese in business manner.
- Intermediate English ability (Speak, read, write)
- Must be hospitable in nature, and have a passion for excellent customer service.
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift upto 25lb.
- Team Player
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ablity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings.
- Ability to stand for extended period of time,
- Dressed professionally and neatly at all times (Uniforms)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check

・MS-Office(Word/Excel)やGoogle等の基本的なスキルがあり、社内顧客管理システム(英語)への入力や検索など、基本的なキーボード操作ができる方

・責任感を持って業務にあたれる方
