Position Summary: A Trauma Associate Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team and customers within an assigned territory. As an Associate Sales Representative, you live your work, feeding off the extreme demands of trauma, not counting hours but rather lives impacted. A person who is energized by chaos, you organize your thoughts and provide possible solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations. Associate Sales Representatives must establish, build, and maintain impeccable product proficiency of a large catalogue of products and provide outstanding customer service. On-Call Requirements: This position requires ability to take overnight, weekend, and holiday call on a routine basis. Must remain available via cell phone and email, even when “off-the-job.”
Compensation: This is a salary position with opportunity to earn additional bonuses throughout the year.
Travel: This position is 100% field-based within the assigned territory and will require occasional overnight travel to facilitate sales and industry activities.

Medical Sales College (MSC) Attendance Requirements:
This position is offered in partnership with Medical Sales College (MSC) as part of a Premier Industry Partner hiring pathway. As a condition of consideration for employment, selected candidates are required to successfully complete the MSC TotalOrtho+ or TotalOrtho Program, including all associated coursework, clinical training, and formal evaluations. Scholarships available to top qualified candidates.
Completion of the MSC Program is a mandatory prerequisite for eligibility for hire into the Trauma Associate Sale Representative (ASR) role. Candidates will undergo structured evaluations conducted by both Medical Sales College and CrossLink hiring teams during and upon completion of the program.
Candidates who do not successfully complete the program or meet evaluation standards will not be eligible for hire into this role.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
