The Role
We are hiring a Vice President of Program Experience & Fidelity (PEF) — a new, executive-level operational leadership role created for one purpose: to be the dedicated guardian of what children experience inside our programs every day.
You will own the curriculum, the program schedules, the behavior model, and the data that tells us whether the experience children receive matches the experience we designed. You will sit on our Three-Pronged Operational Leadership Team, working side by side with the Vice President of Training & Quality Assurance (TQA) and the Vice President of Logistics, Licensing & Implementation (LLI) — three leaders, three distinct lanes, one shared accountability for program outcomes.
This is not a role for someone who wants to write curriculum from a distance. It is for someone who wants to know — site by site, schedule by schedule — that children are having fun, that the framework is being followed, and that resilience is being built on purpose.

You will work in close, daily partnership with the other two Vice Presidents of Operations. PEF cannot develop a schedule without understanding what LLI can staff. TQA cannot design training without knowing what PEF needs staff to understand. The connections between the three roles are as important as the ownership within them — and outcomes belong to all three.
