Reporting organisationally to the Head of Event Production, the Stadium Entertainment Production and Content Management evergreen role consolidates responsibilities across all content, production, and systems-integration functions within the FIFA26 Events & Entertainment (EET) team.
These positions support the planning, creation, approval, delivery, and technical integration of stadium entertainment content across all 16 FIFA World Cup 26™ stadiums and the International Broadcast Center (IBC).
This evergreen role group collaborates closely with EET internal departments, HBS, production vendors, technical suppliers, stadium control room teams, and FIFA Functional Areas to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate content delivery for stadium entertainment, pre-match ceremonies, awards presentations, in-venue show elements, and broadcast-integrated content.
The scope includes management of 45,000+ content files, stadium technical integrations, quality control, scheduling, match-day delivery, and real-time troubleshooting to guarantee a seamless fan and broadcast experience.
Content Coordination & File Management (Content Coordinator / Content Manager)
- Assist or lead the coordination, tracking, and delivery of:
-Stadium Entertainment, Pre-Match Ceremony, Trophy & Awards content (~30,000 files).
- FIFA Functional Area (FA) content for all stadiums (~15,000 files).
- Manage or maintain content tracking documents for all 16 stadiums.
- Coordinate content updates, version control, and distribution schedules.
- Liaise with stadium teams to confirm file reception and completion of match-by-match checklists.
- Support quality control and approvals across all venue content.
IBC Production Workflow Management (Production & Content Coordinator / Content Producer)
- Serve as final checkpoint at the IBC before content is dispatched to stadiums.
- Conduct thorough quality checks, including:
-Visual QC
- Audio level corrections
- Naming & metadata alignment with stadium naming convention
- Manage approvals with the Content Manager or designated reviewer.
- Coordinate IBC staffing schedules with HBS.
- Oversee workflow and productivity of IBC edit suites, editors, associate producers, and graphics specialists.
- Publish cue sheets and disseminate updates to broader Functional Areas.
- Ensure all content delivered to stadiums aligns with deadlines and production schedules.
Creative Development & On-Site Production (Content Producer)
- Produce, edit, and refine motion graphics and video content for stadium displays.
- Manage creative direction from the Content Manager and lead day-to-day execution with editors.
- Perform real-time adjustments for live environments and last-minute changes.
- Guarantee quality control of graphics, animations, and video elements.
Stadium Entertainment Production Oversight (Production Manager)
- Support stadium-by-stadium production management and planning.
- Coordinate scheduling for stadium control room teams.
- Manage Stadium Entertainment production overlays and staffing plans.
- Develop and distribute Venue Production Briefs.
- Coordinate production integration with EMCs (Event Management Companies) and Technical Suppliers.
- Track stadium space allocations, FF&E requests, Talent-related production needs, and additional technical equipment installations (PMC & INF).
- Support administration of all stadium production schedules and documentation.
Stadium Technical Systems Integration (Stadium Systems Integration Manager)
- Create INF Stadium Technical Guides.
- Manage stadium setup for:
-AV/Staging vendor installation
- Control room configuration
- Technical overlays
- In-stadium comms setup
- Stage/performance space integration
- Camera positions
- JBT installations
- Gap cabling requirements
- Coordinate BIM360 updates and TEAP stadium technical requirements.
- Ensure integration of technical systems between stadiums, IBC, staging suppliers, and performance spaces.
- Lead planning for talent AV, backline riders, and staging requirements.
