As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Director of Marketing to help execute and elevate our marketing efforts across all channels.

Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives while ensuring the Moyer brand is represented consistently and professionally across all touchpoints. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing, sales leadership, vendor partners, and outside creative resources to execute campaigns, manage content production, coordinate events, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, project manager, communicator, and brand steward. This position is very hands-on meaning the Director of Marketing will be equally responsible for projects from conception to development to creation.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Project Management
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, SMS, website, and in-store channels for each of our four business pillars – jewelry, watches, engagement and service
- Manage marketing calendars and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Social Media & Content Management
- Oversee the creation and publication of content across social media platforms.
- Manage content calendars and conduct photography and videography projects.
- Develop and implement engaging content that highlights jewelry, watches, bridal, events, and the Moyer client experience.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately when needed.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
Website & E-Commerce Support
- Oversee website content updates, collection pages, landing pages, and promotional messaging.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure product collections, featured products, and campaign content remain current.
- Assist with search engine optimization initiatives through content development and website enhancements.
- Monitor website quality, accuracy, and overall user experience.
- Work directly with outside agency to collaborate on messaging, asset creation and automation approvals
Email & SMS Marketing Execution
- Create and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign creative, copy, and audience segmentation.
- Support automated marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.
Event Marketing & Execution
- Coordinate marketing efforts for trunk shows, watch events, jewelry events, bridal events, VIP experiences, etc.
- Manage invitations, promotional materials, event signage, photography, follow-up communications, and post-event recaps
- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Assist with on-site event management and guest experience.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency of the Moyer Fine Jewelers brand across all marketing channels.
- Review creative assets for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist with photography direction, visual merchandising support, and promotional materials.
- Ensure a luxury presentation across all client-facing marketing materials.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign results, website activity, email engagement, social media performance, and event outcomes.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements based on performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, watches, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo), website content management systems (Shopify), and marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Graphic design ability required (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Photography, video production, or luxury retail experience is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
