Job Summary

Crescent Insurance is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our team during the busy Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

This role is primarily phone-based and includes both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with questions, providing support, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience during one of the most important times of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions regarding their coverage and services
• Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments and update information throughout the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and patience
• Route calls to appropriate team members when needed
• Accurately document client interactions and messages
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
• Part-time hours (30 hours/week)
