GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Huron Behavioral Health (HBH) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and remains financially and programmatically strong. The CEO partners closely with the Board of Directors, staff, community stakeholders, and funding agencies to advance behavioral health outcomes in a rural setting. HBH is a mission-driven, community-based behavioral health organization serving a rural population with a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health and co-occurring substance use services. With an annual operating budget of approximately $14 million and a dedicated team of 50 staff, the agency provides outpatient care, crisis services, community outreach, and care coordination to improve the well-being of individuals and families within Huron County. HBH is a part of Mid-State Health Network, which is the Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan for Huron County.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Master degree in health care administration or a human service degree plus 5 years senior management experience in the health or human service field is minimally required.
Pay: $96,295.64 - $129,962.39 per year
