We are seeking an energetic and dependable person to join the PNB Community Bank team at our Niceville location. The CSR works in both teller and accounts areas, greeting and welcoming customers through friendly and courteous service, both in person and over the phone. Ensuring that each customer receives an excellent customer service experience, while adhering to policy and procedure and safeguarding the bank against losses. Working well with each co-worker, providing an atmosphere of respect and being team oriented.
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Process deposits, loan payments, cash advances, PNB VISA payments, Safe Deposit Box payments, cash checks, issue Cashier's Checks, redeem savings bonds, daily drawer balancing and ATM balancing. Teller key, scan and repair of items. Answer customer inquiries, input stop payments and wires, issue debit cards and order checks. Help customers with fraud cases and with internet/mobile banking issues or questions. Opening, closing and maintenance of various account types.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is not a remote option for this position.
Must have a working knowledge and understanding of general office equipment, such as computer, adding machine, calculator, encoder, copier, scanner, fax, currency and coin counter.
Preferred skills include quick thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and effective oral and written communication and active listening. In-house and online training will be required.
