What You'll Do
- Be the face of Big Tex Stone — greeting customers, answering calls, and delivering a front-desk experience that reflects our core values every single time
- Handle a high-volume environment with professionalism and calm — you don't rattle, you resolve
- Drive sales and upsell products with confidence and genuine customer knowledge
- Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply ordering so nothing falls through the cracks
- Build and maintain processes and reports that track your own KPIs and contribute to overall company performance
- Serve as a right-hand partner to the Operations Manager — supporting leadership, solving problems, and thinking two steps ahead
- Use our training tools and onboarding materials to stay sharp on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Set the standard that future team members will learn from — this role is a model, not just a seat

The Path Forward
This role begins as Customer Service Associate, with a structured 90-day training period.
For the right person, that title changes.
After 90 days, a strong performer will be considered for elevation to Front Desk Supervisor — with increased responsibility and recognition to match.
