Sound Advisory is looking for remote Customer Success Managers who can help support candidates, clients, and partners through clear communication, organized follow-up, and thoughtful problem solving. This role is a fit for someone who can keep conversations moving, understand what people need, and turn scattered details into clean next steps. You may support onboarding, candidate communication, account follow-up, process improvement, reporting, and customer-facing project coordination.

What You'll Work On

- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, partners, and internal team members

- Help organize follow-ups, status updates, notes, and next steps

- Support customer success, sales development, and operations workflows

- Identify recurring questions, friction points, and opportunities to improve the experience

- Help maintain accurate records and simple reporting across active projects

- Coordinate handoffs and keep stakeholders informed

- Compensation range: $50-$100 per hour depending on project type and experience
