We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Data & AI Analyst to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who has a strong interest in artificial intelligence, data analysis, automation, and business technology.

We are looking for someone who is smart, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with modern AI tools in a real business environment. The right candidate should be excited about using data and AI to improve workflows, support decision-making, and help solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and business insights
• Research, test, and help implement AI tools and automations
• Organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Build reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal use
• Help improve internal processes using AI and automation
• Support ad hoc projects involving analytics, operations, and workflow improvement
• Work with spreadsheets, datasets, and business systems to identify trends and opportunities
• Help evaluate new AI tools, prompts, and practical business use cases

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and technology
Familiarity with ChatGPT, OpenAI tools, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms

• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, or a combination of these
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, coursework, or project experience involving data analysis, AI, automation, or reporting
• Familiarity with dashboards, APIs, or workflow automation tools is a plus
• Exposure to prompt engineering, model testing, or applied AI use cases is a plus
