This isn't a "sit back and delegate" role. We're looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager who can build strategy, develop high-impact campaigns, and coach teams to consistently hit ambitious sales goals in a competitive, subscription-based business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, someone who can connect the dots between marketing and sales, turn ideas into action, and lead teams to execute with confidence.
No internet or telecom industry experience is required. If you've successfully driven growth in a subscription-based environment (SaaS, memberships, service plans, etc.), you'll have the foundation to succeed here.
