Duties

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using SQL and other data analysis tools to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Support business analysis efforts by documenting processes with Visio and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze sales performance, forecast future trends, and support strategic planning efforts.
• Contribute to projects focused on business intelligence initiatives, including data modeling and report automation.
• Help maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
• Participate in team meetings to present analysis results, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean working proficiency is a must
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
