We partner with physicians, attorneys, behavioral health providers, primary care practices, neurologists, psychiatrists, and rehabilitation specialists to provide objective brain-based assessments and personalized treatment recommendations for patients experiencing neurological, cognitive, emotional, and post-injury challenges.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and forward-thinking Medical Director (MD or DO) licensed in Arizona to join our expanding team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct telehealth medical evaluations and consultations
• Review qEEG Brain Mapping reports and clinical findings
• Provide treatment recommendations and medical oversight
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams
• Support patients with conditions such as:
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
• Concussion/Post-Concussion Syndrome
• ADHD
• Anxiety & Depression
• PTSD
• Sleep Disorders
• Cognitive Decline
• Peak Performance Optimization
• Participate in occasional in-person activities at our Tempe, Arizona location as needed
• Maintain clinical compliance and quality standards

Qualifications Required

• Active Arizona Medical License (MD or DO)
• Current DEA Registration (if applicable)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Unrestricted license with no significant disciplinary actions
• Strong communication and telehealth skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

• Background in Neurology, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, PM&R, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Functional Medicine
• Experience with brain health, concussion management, behavioral health, or neurocognitive conditions
• Existing professional malpractice insurance
• Experience reviewing EEG, qEEG, neurocognitive, or neurological assessments
