Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager specializing in Historic Restoration and Southern Operations to lead complex restoration projects and oversee regional operations. Duties

• Lead and coordinate historic restoration projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Sage Timberline Software.
• Oversee project scheduling, including creating detailed timelines with project management tools.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams by providing clear direction, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards on construction sites.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, review blueprints and schematics, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and contracts.
• Prepare accurate construction estimating reports, contract documents, and change orders while maintaining detailed records of project progress.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through project coordination efforts, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues.
• Implement rigorous time management practices to keep projects on schedule while managing multiple initiatives across southern operations.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience managing historic restoration projects with a focus on preservation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive background in construction management within the commercial or heritage sectors, including site experience in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams of contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management to ensure projects are completed efficiently without compromising quality or safety standards.
