Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and secure top talent across various industries and roles. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo
• Conduct thorough interviewing and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth
• Manage talent pipelines through proactive research, cold calling, and lead generation activities to build a robust candidate network
• Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide strategic talent management advice, and support succession planning efforts
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting with a focus on talent acquisition strategies
• Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems like ADP or PeopleSoft is preferred
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across different regions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management for recruitment purposes and relationship management with diverse candidate pools
• Experience with training & development programs and employee orientation processes to support onboarding success
• A proactive mindset with the ability to research market trends and leverage insights for strategic hiring initiatives

Pay: $85.00 - $105.00 per hour
