Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Head or Director of Sales and Business Development for Revenue Cycle Management AI solutions tailored for Dental and Medical sectors. This pivotal role based in the US involves driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and leading our sales initiatives to expand our footprint in healthcare technology.
Compensation
For the 1st year all compensation would be 100% revenue based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver.
After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and business development efforts for Revenue Cycle Management AI solutions within the Dental, Medical and the healthcare industry.
- Consultative selling , identify customer leads from your network, act as a trusted advisor for the customer, have a deep understanding of customer's business challenges that can be addressed using AI solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and go to market plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion strategies.
- Oversee negotiations, proposals, and contract finalizations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitive offerings.
- Manage and lead a team of sales and business development directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership in Dental, Medical and healthcare technology and AI-driven SaaS solutions.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management AI solutions for Dental and Medical practices.
- Strong background in business development and strategic planning.
- Strong network and relationship with the leaders and decision makers in the Dental, Medical and Healthcare sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
