Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the separation of enterprise supplier agreements across multiple indirect categories, adjusting focus based on business priority
- Analyze complex contract structures and drive decisions that balance short-term continuity with long-term value creation
- Lead sourcing strategies and negotiations across critical indirect categories, including technology, services, and operational spend
- Step into active workstreams to advance stalled efforts, resolve issues, and maintain momentum
- Operate across sourcing stages, including strategy development, sourcing execution, negotiation, and transition planning
- Challenge legacy approaches and introduce practical, executable solutions
- Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, IT, Business) to align priorities and remove barriers
- Provide clear, decision-oriented visibility to leadership focused on risk, value, and execution progress
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment by sharing best practices and elevating team capability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management with broad exposure to indirect categories
- Strong experience in technology sourcing (SaaS, cloud, telecom, infrastructure), with ability to operate across adjacent domains
- Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, or contract disentanglement
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Track record of driving outcomes across undefined or evolving scopes of work
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate across functions and priorities
- Execution-oriented mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, decision-ready insights
- Experience with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- to play a critical role in executing and shaping contract separation for a new, independent business unit.
- This role goes beyond category ownership. It is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can quickly step into high-priority work, assess what is needed, and drive progress across multiple sourcing efforts. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to enable a fully operational standalone business.
- You will partner closely with the Senior Director, Project Management and Sourcing & Category Managers to advance supplier transitions, accelerate sourcing execution, and solve complex problems across the workstream. Success in this role requires the ability to operate across categories, manage shifting priorities, and deliver results in an environment with evolving needs and constraints.
