Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate transportation activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your proactive communication skills and logistical expertise will ensure smooth operations, timely service , and satisfied clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our supply chain operations, utilizing advanced transportation management systems and analysis skills to optimize technician appts and customer interactions.

Duties

• Coordinate dispatching of technicians using transportation management systems to ensure efficient routing and servicing schedules
• Communicate with drivers, and customers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication at all times
• Monitor GPS and GIS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and troubleshoot logistical issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to plan transportation routes, and improve overall logistics efficiency
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding service, or scheduling changes with excellent communication skills
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, orders given to shop personnel , and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience with dispatching of multiple technicians and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of GPS technology, GIS mapping tools, and transportation planning principles
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret transportation data and optimize routes accordingly
• Proficiency in data entry using computer scheduling with Jobber schedule program. Jobber knowledge not required for the position.
• Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic typing skills for quick data entry and documentation tasks

We offer Full time 8am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday, NO Weekend, NO Nights. Sick Days, Vacations Days, in a comfortable friendly office with great energy.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
