Job Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale our Amazon Seller and Vendor Services operations team. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM operational mechanics, inventory control systems, and marketplace-driven SLA compliance. The Operations Manager will own process engineering, throughput optimization, and data integrity across the operation while driving a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows within Advertising, Design, Listings Management, and SEO
- Ensure all processes meet or exceed Amazon operational KPIs (on-time shipping, defect rate thresholds, FC transfer accuracy, ASN compliance).
Process Engineering & Optimization
- Design, document, and iterate SOPs using data modeling, time studies, and workflow mapping.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on operational breakdowns and create processes for scalability.
- Manage scheduling and time management of the execution team to ensure all client needs are being met.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team with a focus on technical competency, process adherence, and performance metrics.
- Partner with HR on workforce planning, training programs, performance calibration, and culture-building initiatives.
- Establish a high-accountability environment with measurable expectations
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for each brand to ensure execution.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, labor modeling, capacity planning, and cost-control strategies.
- Produce operational reporting with actionable insights, variance analysis, and system-level recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of e‑commerce operations or systems analysis experience in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon FBA/FBM workflows, Seller Central operations, and marketplace SLA requirements.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an Amazon Seller, Vendor, Amazon aggregator, or 2P e‑commerce operations environment.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and operational stability.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
