Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Administrative and HR functions while supporting the overall operations of the department. We seek someone that is always prepared, responsive, hard-working and dedicated.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Handle various office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, etc.
• Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party, schedule meetings and support visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
• Ensure compliance with pertinent regulations and assist in maintaining workplace safety standards.
• Ad hoc projects/work as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or work equivalent. Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, utilizing advanced features to enhance productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact positively with employees at all levels.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new concepts and taking on responsibilities within the department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin required.
