Overview:
The Associate Director of Catering is responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing the successful execution of catering sales, with a primary focus on the wedding and social market. Work Schedule & Availability:
This position requires flexible work schedule based on business demands and client needs. The Associate Director of Catering is expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support site inspections, client meetings, weddings, social events, and other hotel-related activities. Attendance during peak event periods is essential to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
