Rising Star Execs Mobile is hiring a full-time Donor Relations Assistant in Mobile, AL to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns throughout the community.

As a Donor Relations Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers and potential donors during live outreach events and community campaigns to help nonprofit partners grow their impact across the Mobile area. This is a fully onsite, entry level role built for people who enjoy customer interaction, fast-paced environments, and performance-based opportunities.

The Donor Relations Assistant plays an important role in helping nonprofit organizations build visibility, connect with local customers, and secure donations that directly support meaningful causes. Every Donor Relations Assistant on our team receives hands-on training and daily mentorship from experienced fundraising professionals.

What You’ll Do as a Donor Relations Assistant

• Speak directly with customers and potential donors during community outreach campaigns and fundraising events
• Represent nonprofit partner campaigns professionally throughout the Mobile area
• Help customers learn about nonprofit initiatives, community impact, and donation opportunities
• Build positive interactions with customers while helping secure donations for nonprofit partners
• Answer questions from customers and guide conversations naturally during fundraising events
• Track outreach activity, donor engagement, and fundraising progress throughout campaigns
• Work alongside other Donor Relations Assistant team members during daily community events
• Help nonprofit partners strengthen their presence throughout the Mobile community
