Summary
The Senior Vice President & General Manager (SVP & GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, operational performance, and profitability of the Company. As a member of the executive leadership team, the SVP & GM provides strategic direction and executive oversight across all business functions, including Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Access, Client Services, Operations, Technology, Business Development Support, and Financial Performance.
This executive serves as the operational leader of the business, translating organizational strategy into measurable results while ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, employee engagement, and sustainable growth. The SVP & GM is accountable for achieving revenue, profitability, operational, and client satisfaction objectives and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the Company's mission and values.
Summary
- Lead the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the business unit, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, growth, and client satisfaction objectives.
- Maintain full accountability for the Company's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, margin improvement, and financial performance.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies that support organizational goals, market expansion, service innovation, and operational scalability.
- Provide executive oversight of all operational functions, including patient access, revenue cycle management, client services, implementation, technology, and business support services.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales and business development leaders to support client acquisition, retention, contract expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with physician practices, health systems, infusion providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and other strategic partners.
- Lead organizational initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, accreditation, privacy, and payer requirements while proactively managing organizational risk.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and service line expansion initiatives.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic insight and leadership to support the Company's overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 15 or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- 10 or more years leading large-scale healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, infusion services, specialty pharmacy, physician services, or related healthcare businesses.
- Demonstrated experience with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer dynamics, specialty medications, infusion operations, and healthcare services delivery.
