Job Title: Senior Product & Digital Marketing Analyst (Salesforce)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product & Digital Marketing Analyst to lead marketing automation, customer engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives for a global digital platform. This role will serve as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) subject matter expert, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with strong marketing strategy, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Lead marketing automation programs focused on customer retention, re-engagement, subscription renewals, and platform adoption.
- Develop and optimize onboarding, activation, nurture, and inactive customer journeys.
- Create personalized customer experiences using behavioral data, segmentation, and dynamic content.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and manage Journey Builder workflows, segmentation logic, and automated customer journeys.
- Configure behavioral triggers, personalization strings, AMPscript, and dynamic content.
- Execute SMS campaigns and support push notification and in-app messaging lifecycle initiatives.
- Ensure campaign quality through testing, QA, rendering validation, and deployment processes.
- Marketing Automation & Data Strategy
- Translate marketing objectives into scalable automation strategies and customer journey logic.
- Design audience segmentation using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
- Develop automated workflows and data processes using Automation Studio and SQL.
- Support real-time and event-driven marketing initiatives through API integrations.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, including:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Conversions
- Engagement metrics
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously refine targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies based on performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Salesforce teams.
- Align campaign strategy, content, and customer journey execution across multiple channels.
- Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to stakeholders.
Basic / Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale lifecycle marketing programs.
- Advanced knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.
- Strong SQL skills for audience creation, segmentation, and data transformation.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, product, and technology organizations.

- Personalization & Development: AMPscript, Dynamic Content Rules, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), Behavioral triggers, Real-time personalization
- Journey Orchestration: Lifecycle marketing programs, Event-driven marketing, Cross-channel customer journeys, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging
- Deliverability & Compliance: Email deliverability best practices, Sender reputation management, CAN-SPAM compliance, GDPR compliance, Subscription and preference management
- Integrations: Salesforce CRM integrations, External system integrations, API-based data activation, Event-driven architecture
