What You'll Do

As an Independent Insurance Advisor, you'll focus on growing our agency by developing new business while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate new Personal and Commercial Lines business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Manage agency-provided leads and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
• Develop relationships with referral partners including realtors, mortgage lenders, financial advisors, builders, and local businesses.
• Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet established production goals while representing Legacy Insurance Group with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License
• Insurance sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of Personal or Commercial Lines insurance sales experience
• Experience working for an independent agency or captive carrier
• Existing referral relationships within the community
• Experience using EZLynx or other agency management systems
