We are seeking highly motivated Master's level graduates (Associate Social Workers, Associate Marriage & Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors) who have, or are actively pursuing, their Associate Number through the Board of Behavioral Science (BBS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent clinical caseload of 30–36 clients per week.
• Actively participate in leading groups within our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).
• Provide written documentation of all client, family, and case management contacts.
• Perform therapeutic services including assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and advocacy in the community.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Master's Degree in a qualifying field (Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Professional Clinical Counseling).
• Current California BBS Registered Associate Number (ASW, AMFT, or APCC) or actively pursuing it.
• Outstanding judgment and professional boundaries.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
• The capacity to thrive and maintain excellence in a fast-paced clinical work environment.
• Willingness to be a supportive team member and colleague.
• Completion of Student Practicum.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
