Average Compensation Ranges:

• General Dentists: $300,000-$500,000 annually
• Pediatric Dentists: $500,000 – $700,000 annually
• Oral Surgeon $400,000 – $600,000 annually

(Compensation based on experience, production, and schedule, progressive percentage of collections model)
